Meet Our Founder
I’m on a mission to close the gender, LGBTQ+, and disability wage gaps one person at a time.
I’m Morgan, a salary and compensation expert who has spent the last 10 years working at places like Meta Reality Labs, Boeing, Accenture, H&R Block, and PayScale, where I served as the Product Manger of their proprietary compensation data and helped design salary benchmarking software for businesses.
Late in 2022, career uncertainty struck: I was blindsided by an HR offer to go on a Performance Improvement Plan or to take severance and GTFO. At that moment, I relied on family, friends, and whatever I could learn from Reddit to navigate the experience.
But I longed for someone who could arm me against such career left turns. Who could give me the negotiation knowledge I needed to make the best call. To stare unflinchingly at the email from HR and say, “Ask for more!”
So, I started Braggin Right to be that resource. Developing salary negotiation resources, career advancement services, and resume templates, to build job seeker or employee confidence, hone their stories, and get 👏 them 👏 paid. 👏
