In this free 20-minute Career Inflection Consultation, we’ll chat about the latest opportunity or obstacle in your path, and ideate on actions you can take to move forward.

Role Description Writing
You’re ready to start looking for a new position, but before you can apply, you need to document your skills and experiences in such a way that will woo potential employers.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll collaborate live in a Google Doc that you retain to document your experiences and accomplishments during your role. You bring the narrative and I’ll bring the wordsmithing.
By the end of the session, you’ll have 3-5 bullet points that clearly define (and brag on) the many things you cultivated and mastered in your role during that time, ready to publish to LinkedIn or add to a resume.
Resume Renovation
Resumes are emotionally loaded documents. You’re asked to distill your experiences down to just one or two pages and then feed it into an unfeeling tracking system. Gone are the days of getting 7 seconds of a recruiter's attention. Now resumes can be effectively sorted without ever being seen.
Modern employees need a resume that can be effectively read by tracking systems while also showcasing their awesome talents. That’s where the Resume Renovation comes in.
Over up to two 60-minute sessions (as needed) and one round of offline edits, we’ll collaborate on your resume, shaping it from the ground up. Ensuring your experiences are clearly defined and supported by data and storytelling, getting your resume into a format that won’t be impossible to work with when you upload it to an ATS, and targeting it towards one specific Job Description category.
